Our custom-sized egress windows are awesome! We can make one with any frame dimensions that you can dream up. Well almost. We do have some engineering limitations on the maximum frame dimensions and, of course, we wouldn't be selling you an egress window if we went below certain dimension minimums. But within those limits, we can make any size you want, need, or desire.
We strongly encourage everyone purchasing a custom-sized egress window to first consult our Egress Calculator. The calculator will provide the specs on the window you are considering, tell you if it passes egress code in your region, and warn you if the window might be too large to sustain the required egress opening.
You guessed it, we have an array of custom colours for you to choose from if you want to spice up your new egress window. If you have a very particular colour in mind and you don't see it on this list, send us a message and we will figure out a way to get you the egress window of your dreams (assuming you also dream about egress windows). Most of the time we are able to colour match any colour as long as you can provide us with a sample.

Custom orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario. Lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks.
We pay extra for fragile shipping, and although damage is rare, it is important to keep in mind for your purchase. If a damage occurs, it may bring the lead time up to about 7-9 weeks. We will cover everything, expedite the replacement, and send it with no action required on your end.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
You are ordering a custom egress window. This means that a window is being made specifically for you based on your exact requirements. Depending on current demand volumes, this process often takes between 4 and 6 weeks until the window is ready.

How is the window shipped?
Our windows are shipping differently depending on whether or not it is a bulk purchase (8+ windows). If it isn't bulk, we will be shipping through parcel. If bulk, we will use LTL.
What is your return policy?
All custom egress sales are final - we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
What if the window doesn't pass my home inspection?
We want to make sure that the process of getting the right egress window for your home is as simple as possible.
It is important to remember that egress requirements do vary from place to place. You are responsible for confirming that the custom-sized egress window that you purchase passes egress code in your region.
Can I add custom features such as grills or textured glass?
We often get requests for egress windows with grill patterns or obstructed glass. In most instances we are able to accommodate these requests. If your project requires custom features, please send us a message and a member of our team will respond to discuss your options.
